Apply to Participate in Alternative Spring Break

Alternative Spring Break (ASB) is a week-long service trip where participants volunteer in an area of the country focusing on a community identified need. Not only do participants get the opportunity to travel to a new region, but this is a learning experience of a lifetime through social and cultural connection. Trips will take place during spring break, March 9-17th, 2019.

This year we are planning three trips focused on the following identified community needs: Hurricane Relief, Animal Welfare, and Food Insecurity/Sustainability.

Thank You for Participating in Day of Service

To celebrate PSU’s commitment to service and embody our institutional motto, Ut Prosim, That I May Serve, PSU hosted the Day of Service on Friday, September 28th. The day provided enriching opportunities that brought together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners through active citizenship for the state of New Hampshire.

By reaching out and honoring our connections we strengthen our commitment to make a positive impact in our community.

“And that’s how change happens. One gesture. One person. One moment at a time.” -Libba Bray

Sincere gratitude is extended to everyone who participated in this meaningful day and especially to our partners for hosting us!
